How to make a Claim
PERSONAL ACCIDENT
Step 1: If you are an eligible member of Bicycle Queensland and you have suffered an injury whilst riding your bike or participating in an official Bicycle Queensland activity, please contact Bicycle Queensland for a claim form.

Step 2: Your completed claim form and supporting documentation should be submitted directly to Corporate Services Network for assessment and processing. Corporate Services Network is the current claims handling service representing the insurer for the Personal Accident program, Blend Insurance Solutions.
Step 3: Corporate Services Network will confirm receipt of your claim and advise whether they require further information. They can be contacted by phone on (02) 8256 1770 or email [email protected] if you need an update on the status of your claim.
Important information
The Health Insurance Act (Cth) 1973 does not permit the insurer to contribute to any charges covered, or partially covered by Medicare.

*MRI scans are generally covered through Medicare; however please check with your treating physician, as sometimes the provider is not registered with Medicare. |
In addition, there will be no refund for any expenses to which the National Health Act (Cth) 1953 applies.
PUBLIC LIABILITY
If you are an Bicycle QLD Member, Affiliated Club or Approved Event Manager, please contact V-Insurance group for a claim if;
- Someone is holding you responsible for damaging their property or caused injury.
- An incident has occurred and you have damaged someone’s property or caused injury.
If the above occurs where you are being held liable by a third party you should contact V-Insurance Group as soon as possible on (02) 8599 8660
