When should I submit my claim?

A claim form should be completed and submitted as soon as you become aware that you will be making a claim. You do not have to wait until after you have completed treatment for your injury to lodge your claim form.

How long do I have to submit a Personal Accident Claim?

A claim can be submitted at anytime however you can only claim for reimbursement of expenses you incur within 12 months from the date of your injury

Can I submit further receipts for reimbursement once I have already submitted my claim form?

Once your claim is registered, you will be provided with a claim number.  You can submit ongoing receipts directly via Proclaim referencing your claim number.
